21/22-117 Chairman Welcome. Cllr John Bavister opened the meeting.
21/22-118 Open Forum. No-one in attendance
21/22-119 Record of members present: Cllrs. Chair: John Bavister, Vice-Chair: Pete Holland, Ian Dair, Angela Cardew, Sue Robinson, County Council Penny Robins and Sarah Gresty-Parish Clerk
21/22-120 Apologies were received from Cllr. Ben Haines and County Councillor Charlotte Vernon.
21/22-121 Declarations of Pecuniary interests. Cllr. Ben Haines declared a pecuniary interest in item 21/22-123 as the applicant.
Planning:
21/22-122 Application No: s22/0214 Lime Tree T1, Removal of this dead section of tree, Lime Tree T7, Removal of dead branches. Location: St Stephen's Church, The Avenue, Carlby, Lincolnshire, PE9 4NB
Response agreed for submission: Support application. As the Church want to preserve these trees and have received professional advice the work was supported by Carlby Parish Council
21/22-123 Application No: s22/0247 Ground mounted solar PV array of 13.86kW consisting of 36 panels. Location: Grange Court , Stamford Road, Carlby, Lincolnshire, PE9 4LU.
Response agreed for submission: Support application. As these are smaller domestic panels for personal consumption of the power produced, low in height and discretely positioned Carlby Parish Council support this application.
