26/27-36 Mallard Pass Solar Farm Community Benefit update.
Proposal 1. Carlby Parish Council supports the proposed commissioning of an external organisation to administer and manage the Community disturbance Fund of £200,000, together with any future Community Benefit Funds.
Proposal 2. That Carlby Parish Council nominates a named representative to attend joint parish discussions, consider proposals, and vote on the commissioning of an external organisation to manage the above funds.
